Kepler Gate is seeking a UK based Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Process Architect required to work on a project for a major telecommunications company, alongside the Product Manager and Scrum Master, to identify areas of improvements/optimisation & end-to-end 'to-be' processes across the Customer Operations areas as part of a larger transformation programme.

• Work with product owner and project teams to set up and facilitate process analysis workshops with different business stakeholders including the needed gap assessment enabling current state process design to be understood and improvement opportunities identified.
  
• Create benefits cases for identified optimisation opportunbities.
  
• Capture & document business requirements to the correct level of detail with relevant stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and reflected in the delivered solutions.
  
• Use Lean & Agile methodologies as required to fulfil work stream objectives.
  
• Work with the technology teams to identify innovative solutions to enhance the existing process design.
  

• Black Belt certification – Must have
  
• Fluent in either Italian or German languages – Must have
  
• Customer Operations experience – Highly desirable
  
• Telecommnuications experience – Desireable
  
• Experience in capturing & documenting business requirements and processes
  
• Familiarity of Agile, Lean and eTOM methodologies
  
• Ability to communicate complex business topics in a clear and simple way, verbally or via presnetations.
  
• Ablily to influcne stakeholders at senior level to adopt new processes.
  
• Experience in managing own time effectively in an environment of competing demands and time-critical schedules to prioritise parallel work activites and rapidly evaluate alternative action plans.
